Bug fixes and performance improvements.

The launch screen and first-run setup have been redesigned. Setup now moves one question at a time and ends with the curve drawn from your own plan. The paywall now shows the doses you have left, the day they run out, and the day to tell the pharmacy. A new box goes in with one tap, adding as many pens or vials as the carton holds. For Arabic readers, the doctor summary PDF and the Home Screen widget now date in the same calendar as the rest of the app. haftra.app links now open straight in the app.
