Lagr measures the one that actually costs you strokes: the lag putt. With our proprietary lag metric and data-analyzed feedback, you can learn how to improve your long putt game or just keep track of your putting stats just like the Pros. A lag putt is the long approach putt whose job is to get close, not go in. Leave it inside a putter's length and you two-putt. Leave it six feet away and you are staring at the putt nobody wants. Lagr is built to measure that gap and close it. LOG FROM YOUR WRIST Dial the distance with the Digital Crown, tap Holed or Missed, and keep practicing. Your phone stays in your pocket the whole time — no glove off, no fumbling, no breaking rhythm between putts. TWO WAYS TO PRACTICE Practice Green Style — rake out three to five balls and hit them from the same spot and track the leaves quickly and easily. Course Style — follow one ball from start to finish, each putt beginning where the last one finished. This is how you play on a round of 9 or 18, and helps you learn your "putts-to-hole-out". THE NUMBERS Lagr Strength Index — a prediction of distance in feet where you would expect to have 50% chance of sinking your lag putt in 2 shots or less. Learn more about your line, speed, consistency, and 1-putt distance errors with our exclusive feedback based on your personal statistics. Make % by distance — every bucket from tap-ins to lag range, so you know where the wheels come off. Putts to hole out — followed from first strike to the cup, not guessed. Strokes gained — against a tour or amateur baseline, your choice. Practice time — how long you actually put in, per session and in total. CHALLENGES Thirteen guided challenges that run start to finish on your wrist, including Lag Ladder — the one this whole app is named for. LAGR COMES LOADED WITH ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES BUILT FOR VOICEOVER Every stat, chart and control is labelled. Charts collapse to a single element with a spoken summary instead of being read out mark by mark, and every card you can flip has a real accessibility action rather than a tap target that VoiceOver cannot reach. Meters and centimeters. Lagr now speaks metric throughout — the Strength Index, the ladders, the greens and both Settings screens. Choose it once. Your putts are stored the same way either way, so switching units can never move a number you have already logged. Settings now asks the question in the right order: number system first, then format, then how finely you enter a distance. ACCESSIBILITY VoiceOver can now place a ball on the green. Distance and direction are separate controls — swipe up and down to set each, swipe across to move between them. The green also keeps its full size at the largest text settings, instead of shrinking to make room for the words. YOUR DATA Export every putt you have ever logged as a spreadsheet file, from Settings. It is your practice; you should be able to take it with you. Also: distances now read as feet and inches, or meters and centimeters, up close — and switch to plain feet or meters further out, where the extra precision was only ever noise.
