Mission75 is a 75-day challenge tracker built around one honest grid. Pick a protocol, strike through every day you hold the line, and when you slip, the record stays and the mission continues.
The canonical tough protocol is free forever: two 45-minute workouts with one outdoors, a gallon of water, ten pages of nonfiction, a daily progress photo and a clean diet — miss anything and the grid resets to day one, exactly as the program intends. Log water by the dose in ounces, milliliters, liters or cups, split workouts into indoor and outdoor slots, and close the day with a photo taken straight from the app.
If restart-to-day-one is not your season, run the soft or medium variant instead: one daily workout with a weekly recovery day, social exceptions logged within the rules, water targets set from your body weight, and a continue policy that tracks compliance instead of wiping progress. Or build a fully custom challenge — your rules, your targets, from a week to a full year.
Every attempt is kept: when a run ends on day 43, attempt two starts with the history intact, so you can see the longest run, perfect days and totals across every try. The 75-square grid shows exactly where you stand, the streak counter keeps you honest, and morning and evening reminders close the day before midnight does.
Mission75 Plus unlocks the soft, medium and custom protocols, a Home Screen widget and Live Activity with today's mission ring, attempt history with cross-attempt stats, CSV export of the full log, and a day-1-versus-today photo comparison. Everything runs on your device — no account, no social feed, your photos never leave your phone.
