Reply, Close and Pending on the notification: answer a guest, close a conversation, or mark it as waiting on somebody else, without opening the app.
Messages from one conversation are grouped, so a guest who writes several times in a row leaves one notification instead of filling the screen.
Opening a chat clears its notifications.
