Two-minute rounds, four profiles, and a pocket that ends the game so you don't have to. Made for grown-ups who supervise and kids who pop.
Shupaka Spark is a tiny arcade for little kids (about ages 3 to 6). A grown-up sets it up, hands the iPad over for a couple of minutes, and takes it back. The story pocket empties, the game stops itself, and handing back the iPad stops being a fight.
MADE TO BE PUT DOWN
This app is built on purpose not to hook children. There is no endless feed, no streak to keep alive, no daily reward for coming back, and nothing that nags a child to play longer. A turn lasts 1, 2 or 3 minutes, your choice, and then it ends on its own, so "time is up" comes from the app instead of from you. The play stays calm as well: big friendly targets, nothing to lose, no countdown pressure, and no scramble of noise and flashing for a small child to absorb. When the round ends, Shupaka asks them to tell you one small thing they noticed, so the last moment is a conversation rather than a struggle.
TWO GAMES, ONE OR TWO PLAYERS
- Bubble Pals: pop everything, nothing to lose. Each child gets their own side, and their own photo floats by inside special bubbles. Playing alone? The whole sky is yours.
- Peekaboo Garden: twelve little doors, one hider. Take turns hiding and seeking; the fewer doors the seeker opens, the more stars they win. Playing alone, Shupaka hides, and the very first door is worth the most.
SET UP BY THE GROWN-UP
- Up to four profiles, each with a name, a colour, and a picked icon or a photo taken on this device.
- Two play at a time; tap a face to swap who's in. One child on their own simply plays alone.
- Settings and quitting a game sit behind press-and-hold gates little fingers can't trigger, so the child stays in the game and out of the setup.
- Round length is 1, 2 or 3 minutes, and you pick how busy the bubble sky gets: calm, lively or wild.
MADE FOR REAL FAMILIES
- The leader quietly gets fewer easy bubbles, so little siblings stay in the race.
- Thirty badges and lifetime stars to collect, with a records page kids can browse.
- No ads. No purchases. No accounts. No links out. Nothing ever leaves the iPad.
Shupaka waits while they play. She never plays for you.
