Baby tracker & nap schedule

Your log is stored in your own iCloud and shared only with the people you invite. There is no account, no ads and no analytics, and logging is free. Nota Baby keeps your baby's whole day in one log, from sleep, feeds and diapers to medicines, growth and appointments. Everyone who helps adds to it from their own iPhone or iPad, the app works out when the next nap is due, and the log stays in your own iCloud. PRIVACY There is no account and no sign-in. Your log is stored in your own iCloud and shared only with the people you invite. None of it can be read by us. The app has no ads, no analytics and no third-party code. SEE THE WHOLE DAY AT A GLANCE Sleep, feeds and diapers are drawn around a 24-hour clock, so you can see in a second how long the baby has been awake and when the last feed was. A card under the clock shows how today compares with a usual day. KNOW WHEN THE NEXT NAP IS DUE The nap plan suggests the next nap and a bedtime for your baby's age, and gives the day more sleep after a short night. The past week also shows roughly when the next feed may come. Reminders for naps, feeds, medicines and appointments are there if you want them, on the days you choose. ONE LOG FOR EVERYONE WHO HELPS Partners, grandparents and nannies each log from their own iPhone or iPad, and everyone sees the same log. You get a notification when the baby falls asleep or wakes up, and nobody is woken for a feed. Nobody needs to create an account. Twins and siblings each get their own log. LOCK SCREEN AND WIDGETS While the baby sleeps, a timer on the Lock Screen shows how long the nap has lasted, with buttons to pause it or end it. The Home Screen widget shows the time since the last feed and today's medicines. Siri and Shortcuts work too. Put an NFC tag by the changing table, or use the Action button, to log a diaper or a bottle without opening the app. READY FOR CHECK-UPS Growth, temperatures, medicines and appointments sit in the same log as sleep and feeds. For each medicine you can enter the shortest time allowed between doses, as the label or your doctor says, and the app shows when the next dose may be given. Before a visit, make a summary to show the nurse or doctor, with the sleep and food diaries they often ask for. ALSO IN THE APP Tummy time, teeth, first foods, pumping and the milk stash, formula, baths and saved places. A month calendar, search in History, export as a spreadsheet, and a backup every day. MOVING FROM ANOTHER APP If you have been logging in another baby tracker, export your log there and import it into Nota. You see what will come across before anything is added. FREE AND PREMIUM Logging is free, with no limit on history. That includes sharing, the widget, the Lock Screen timer, every reminder and export. Premium is for when you want the app to read the log for you: a nap plan learned from your baby's own sleep, Insights on how this week compares, graphs over months, days at home compared with other places, the summary for check-ups, and a summary of the week each Monday. On an iPhone or iPad with Apple Intelligence and iOS 26 you can also ask the log a question in your own words, answered on the device. You can pay monthly, yearly with a 14-day free trial, or once for a lifetime unlock. One purchase covers your Apple family through Family Sharing. If you cancel, you keep everything you logged. NO MEDICAL ADVICE Nota won't tell you whether a temperature is normal or whether your baby sleeps enough. It shows what you logged and adds it up. Ask your pediatrician what the numbers mean. Nota Baby now runs on iPad as well as iPhone. Bring your log from another baby tracker. Export it there, import it in Settings, and see what comes across before anything is added. A month calendar on the Baby tab. Today and History open it too, to jump to any day. A medicine can carry the shortest time allowed between doses, and the app shows when the next dose may be given. Choose the days reminders and notifications about the baby come on, for example weekends only. Ask understands more questions and answers with the entries themselves. While a nap is under way, the clock shows the rest of the nap and plans the day from when it should end. A small Baby Status widget for the Home Screen, StandBy and CarPlay. Notifications reach everyone sharing the log sooner. Solids can be logged as a meal or a taste. A meal restarts the time since the last feed and the feed reminder; a taste leaves them alone. Give a food a weekly goal in Baby › Foods, such as peanut butter three times a week, and see how the week is going. A reminder on the day you choose says which foods are behind. Fixes: a number typed with the keypad still up is kept when you save, the log sheets show the right place, and more.
