Vanto is a NAS and personal media server player for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac. Keep your own library organized and ready to watch, with no Vanto account required.
Connect Emby, Jellyfin, and Plex media servers that you manage or are authorized to access, plus SMB and WebDAV file sources. On supported platforms, you can also import videos from your device. Browse posters, seasons and episodes, cast, media details, and NFO metadata in one clear interface.
Enjoy HDR, multiple audio and subtitle tracks, playback speed, subtitle timing, picture modes, sound modes, and reliable resume playback. Actual playback capabilities depend on your media, device, and display.
Common formats include MKV, MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, TS/M2TS, WebM, and HLS containers; H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, and hardware-supported AV1 and VP9 video; AAC, AC-3, E-AC-3, FLAC, DTS/DTS-HD, TrueHD, and PCM/LPCM audio; and SRT, WebVTT, ASS/SSA, PGS/SUP, SMI, and IDX+SUB subtitles.
Search and download subtitles from OpenSubtitles.com, manage external subtitles, download original videos on supported platforms, transfer videos through a browser, and organize folders with NFO and common Kodi/Jellyfin sidecar structures.
Vanto Pro unlocks additional sources, cross-device sync, online subtitles, sound and picture enhancement, and access lock. Offline downloads and Picture in Picture are available on supported platforms. NFO editing, manual metadata updates, current-frame capture, and the system share sheet are free on supported platforms. Annual and lifetime options support Apple Family Sharing.
Vanto does not provide, host, or sell media content. Connect and play only content you are authorized to access.
