Places have names. A place you save can be called whatever helps you recognise it — your own words. That name is what every list shows, so several places on one person no longer read the same. The way to a place says which place it is, each place carries its own way there, and the one you usually return to is marked and can be changed. Met at asks once. Choose a place you have already saved, use where you are, or simply write it — any of the three is a complete answer, and words are still enough. Opening a conversation or a planned return offers the way to its place, which is the moment you need it. A spot you pinned can be kept as a place, or recognised as the one you were already standing in. Everywhere you have been is now one list, beside People. Return is now designed for iPad. The Living Fieldbook opens into a multi-column split view on the larger screen: your ministry timer and the roots on the left, and your conversations, returns, people and saved places beside them. Connect a hardware keyboard to move between roots with ⌘1–⌘3, capture with ⌘N, and toggle the timer with ⌘T. Find the door is now one screen. The map fills it, with the direction and distance you need on approach and your own note about the doorway resting on top — no sheet to open, no extra step. What the map can show varies; what you wrote never does, and the essentials still work with no connection. A place's address and its pin are one fact. Change the address and the map moves with it; save a spot and it takes the address it was shown with. Neither can quietly point somewhere the other does not. Saving a spot is one screen too — the map, what is there, and how close Return is willing to claim it. A coordinate Return cannot name is left unnamed rather than guessed at, and the pin still saves. You can now take the doorway photo directly with the camera or choose one you already have. It stays on your device, outside anything that syncs, and erasing a place or a person deletes the picture with it. Conversations, Returns, and Report share one heading, with People alongside Conversations. Do not call is a plain labelled switch on a person, and a returned visit reads more clearly.

Conversations is now where every saved note lives, whether or not it's linked to a person — reach People from there any time you're thinking of someone by name. Returns keeps only the visits you've actually planned, and an earlier-today visit no longer disappears. Find a reference now lets you open jw.org and attach the exact page you found, right from a conversation. Find the door again with a precise pin, doorway photo, landmark notes, and offline wayfinding.

Return is reorganized around one clear loop: capture a conversation, confirm what matters, and see it waiting for you in Returns. Today shows what needs attention now, People holds what you remember about someone, and Returns gathers every visit you've planned. Before You Knock and the other preparation views now draw first from what you've confirmed, with your original note always one tap away.
