SleepTrace records and organizes snoring, sleep talking, coughing and other overnight sounds so you can review your night in the morning. Sleep recordings and analysis stay on your iPhone and are never uploaded.
ALL-NIGHT MONITORING, SHORT CLIPS ONLY
• Tap Start, place your iPhone by the pillow, and lock the screen
• On-device sound recognition built into iOS detects snoring, sleep talking and coughing
• SleepTrace saves short clips around detected events, never an all-night recording
• Up to 60 clips / 150 MB per night; later events still keep their timestamps
MORNING REPORT
• Time in bed, total snoring time and sound-event count
• Overnight noise curve and a quiet / active / snoring timeline
• Play, delete or export individual clips
• View the last 7 nights and export the complete history as CSV
SOOTHING SOUNDS
• Real-time white, pink and brown noise plus rain
• Choose a 15, 30 or 60 minute fade-out, or play all night
EVERY FEATURE IS FREE
Monitoring, detection, reports, complete history, every soothing sound and CSV export are all free. There are no feature limits, usage limits or trial period.
Some browsing screens show a banner at the bottom. The non-consumable Remove Ads purchase is a one-time purchase that removes only those banners. It adds no features and is not a subscription. Purchases can be restored from both Settings and the purchase screen.
PRIVACY
Sleep recordings, sound analysis and reports stay on device. SleepTrace does not track you and does not request ATT permission. Network access is used only to show banner ads and process the App Store Remove Ads purchase.
