See exactly what every leadership level looks like for each skill before you rate yourself — so your plan starts from an honest, informed baseline.
A leadership coach for new managers and team leaders. NORTH turns your real work situations into clear priorities, coaches you through tough calls and tracks 25 skills.
HOW IT WORKS
• A two-minute intake — your role, where you're heading, and a couple of real situations you've led through.
• NORTH builds your One Page: three priorities and clear first actions, grounded in your context.
• Talk it through with your AI Coach anytime — it knows your skills, your situations and your goals.
• Capture moments in your Leadership Journal, and a quick 60-Second Pulse each week keeps NORTH tuned to where you're at.
THE 25 SKILLS
