START WITH A BASELINE
Eight questions about how these conversations actually feel, then five minutes in a room picked for the seat you are in. The read-out puts what you said about yourself next to what the run showed: what is working, what you might not be seeing, and where to start.
A STRUCTURE TO LEAN ON
Five phases - pre-flight, take-off, cruise, turbulence, landing - and every run is marked against them in words, never a score. Marks read what you did. There is no script to memorise.

Six weeks, built from your baseline and the conversations your seat finds riskiest. Two sessions a week on the days you choose, five to eight minutes each, ending in a proficiency check.
THE ROOM
You talk. She answers. She interrupts, goes quiet, gets defensive, softens. Her state is drawn above her and it moves while you speak, so you see a sentence land the second it lands. Choose how hard it goes and the room draws its own curveballs, hidden until they happen. If you are somewhere you cannot speak, type instead: same room, same instruments.

PRIVACY, BECAUSE YOU ARE NAMING REAL PEOPLE
Your audio is never saved. It is processed as you speak and then it is gone.
Your transcripts stay on this phone, encrypted.
Real names never leave it. When you name a colleague, that name is replaced with a placeholder before anything is sent.
There is no account, so there is nothing of yours on a server to lose.
The counterpart is played by a language model, in character, and the debrief is written the same way. What you say in a run is sent as text - names already replaced - so they have something to answer. It is not used to train anyone's model.

Not therapy, not HR advice, and not a script to memorise. If what you describe needs reporting rather than rehearsing, Steady stops and says so.

MAJOR LOGIC BUG FIXES.
The AI was getting stuck in a loop during conversations, causing chat to go of for hours, most users will be affected by this and the AI credits usage is currently going through the roof.
Because existing users are currently affected by this issue, we would greatly appreciate an expedited review of this bug-fix release.
