This release fixes the issues found after our first launch. • Signing in with Google or Apple now creates your account properly. Previously you could end up inside the app without an account, which skipped the profile steps and broke your photo, badges and notifications. • The phone verification code during sign-up is now actually sent. • Profile photo upload is fixed — your picture no longer disappears after uploading. • The "Pioneer" badge and the welcome notification now arrive right after sign-up. • You can now tap "Use my location" when picking a place on the map. • When your feed is empty, "Pick a sport" opens a quick picker instead of the setup wizard. • Profile stat cards always open; if there is nothing yet you get a proper empty screen. • When something fails to load you now see a real error and a retry button instead of "no results".

This release simplifies creating a meetup and fixes a few frustrating issues. • Creating a meetup is now five steps. Level, description and cover image moved to their own step; previously they sat below the fold and most people skipped them. • The description you type is now kept when you move back and forth between steps. • Long legal paragraphs in the create and join screens are now a single line, and you can tap Terms of Use to read the full document inside the app. • Confirmation dialogs were reworked: the primary action sits on top, other options below it. • A meetup that is currently under way now shows as "Started" in your calendar; it previously said "Happened". • Fixed an issue where the app could fail to connect after an update on Android.

• Chats close when a meetup ends or is cancelled; past messages stay readable. • The message list now shows each chat's status: Completed or Cancelled. • Notifications are a single list; tabs removed. • Minimum password length is now 8 characters (sign-up, change and reset). • Removed the "Other" option from favourite sports. • Sport selection when creating a meetup is a single-column list, so long names fit. • Past meetups no longer appear in the feed, discovery or the map. • Added a card explaining why the map could not load and what to do next.

• New categories: Padel, Pilates, Walking, Boxing, Kickboxing. • Change or remove a meetup's cover photo after creating it. • Past and cancelled meetups leave discovery; your calendar shows their status. • Marking attendance is one tap, no location permission. • Undo an account deletion request within 7 days. • Follow lists show shared sports, distance and match score. • Fixed images not loading and the offline banner not clearing.
