• Recurring tasks: set any task with a due date to repeat (hourly, daily, weekdays, weekends, weekly, biweekly, monthly, every 3 or 6 months, yearly, or a custom interval). Completing one automatically creates the next occurrence in the same project and column • Alert Until Done: a new option that re-sends a notification every hour after a task is due, until you complete or delete it • Cleaner notifications: alerts now show just the task name with the due time underneath • Keyboard navigation on Mac and iPad: use arrow keys to move between tasks and columns, hold Shift or Option to select multiple tasks, press Return to open a task, and Escape to close it • VoiceOver support across boards, lists, and task details • Task Details is now available from the right-click or long-press menu on any task • Major sync reliability improvements, including a fix for task notes, links, and images not syncing across devices • New sync status in Settings shows your iCloud connection, recent activity, and any problems in plain language • The app now keeps a daily on-device backup of your data as a safety net • Fixed a bug where notes could display as one letter per line • Fixed horizontal scrolling on Mac: the scroll bar is now visible so all columns are always reachable

Select multiple tasks: On Mac, ⌘-click tasks to build a selection, then right-click to act on all of them. On iPhone and iPad, tap the new Select button in the toolbar, then move, complete, tag, or delete several tasks at once. Undo task deletion: Deleted the wrong task? Press ⌘Z on Mac, shake or three-finger swipe on iPhone and iPad, or tap Undo in the new confirmation banner. Tasks come back exactly as they were, tags and all. Task links: Every task now has its own link. Choose "Copy Link" from a task's menu or "Get Task URL" in Task Details, then use it in Shortcuts, notes, or messages to jump straight to that task. More powerful right-click and long-press menus: Set priority, add tags, add or change a cover image, and copy a task's link without opening the task. Add tags in bulk: Apply a tag to every selected task at once, including from the smart list selection bar. Better Shortcuts actions: The Column field now only shows columns from the project you picked, and the new "Open Task After Creating" option opens Kan Do focused on your newly created task. Smoother boards: Cards now gracefully fade out as they scroll toward the top of a column instead of overlapping the column title. Fixes: Link entry in Task Details is now left-aligned with a proper placeholder, and the add-task buttons on Apple Vision Pro stay visible in Light Mode.
