"Be still, and know that I am God." — Psalm 46:10
You pick up your phone to check one thing and lose forty minutes. Amem turns that impulse into an invitation to pray.
The problem isn't your faith. It's a digital environment nobody set up for you.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps that pull you in
2. When you try to open one, it won't open
3. Say how you feel: anxious, grateful, tired, sad, tempted or at peace
4. Get a prayer rooted in Scripture, shaped by what you're carrying right now
5. Finish the devotional and your apps unlock
No guilt, no lecture. Just a pause.
WHAT'S INSIDE
App blocking that makes room for prayer
Personalized prayers matched to how you feel, rooted in the Bible
Bible with verse of the day, themed reading plans and favorites
A journey with day streaks, levels and XP, the Little Lamb grows with you
Prayer community: wall, posts and chat, with moderation
Devotional times to remind you on the days you choose
Talk to the little lamb and get some encouragement
Amen requires an account and an active subscription. All the features mentioned above—blocks, prayers, the Bible, the daily content, and the community—are at your disposal for your summer work.
GOOD FOR
Wanting less screen and more faith
Anyone who deleted the app and reinstalled it the next day
Building consistency instead of another New Year's promise
Being invited to pray instead of scolded
Amem isn't another productivity timer. It turns screen time into prayer time, in the middle of a busy life.
Amem. So be it.
