Built for POTS, MCAS, hEDS/HSD, migraine, and the conditions that travel with them. A daily check-in of five minutes or less becomes data your clinician can read.
I built Seen. for patients living with complex conditions that commonly co-occur. Disorders like POTS and dysautonomia, mast cell activation (MCAS), hypermobility (hEDS and HSD), migraine and pain disorders (or any combination of these) look different in each patient. For this reason, proper diagnosis can take years. If you have spent years feeling unheard and unseen, this is a place to chart your evidence.
A daily check-in takes five minutes or less, which is the point on a low-capacity day. Over weeks it becomes meaningful data a clinician can interpret. Your symptoms, triggers, and medications are dated and organized, so the pattern is visible instead of lost to memory or interpretation.
When an appointment comes, Seen. turns that record into a physician-ready PDF you can hand over or email. Lived experience becomes evidence.
What Seen. provides:
• A fast daily check-in built for the days you have little to give
• Customizable widgets to track what's most relevant to you, as broad or as narrow as you need
• A symptom record you can search and see at a glance
• A patterns view that shows what co-occurs in your record
• Charts showing how symptoms change over time, alongside your triggers
• Physician-ready PDF exports drawn from your own logs
• An optional daily reminder
• An optional Face ID or passcode lock
• Transportable data you can restore from a backup anytime, so your record stays with you
Your symptom history, profile, and daily logs never touch a server. They stay on whichever device you are using, yours alone and never sent to me. Subscribing only confirms you can use the tracker tools.
A plain-language glossary comes with the app, free. The science library, resource directory, and condition guides live on my website, also free, and yours whether or not you ever subscribe.
The tracker is $1.99 a month, with a hardship path if that is out of reach.
You are not imagining it. You are not alone.

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Apple Health can now fill in your record.
Connect Apple Health and your heart rate, steps, and weight fill in on their own, so you never retype a number your device already holds. Automatic Health fills are marked in the app and in your physician export. Your own entries will override them if you choose and it all stays on your device.
Also new are blood pressure readings with lying and standing pairs, the way a POTS record needs them, and clearer, easier to read text throughout.
