Kova offers local-first, non-clinical humanitarian support for people navigating conflict, displacement, uncertainty and emotional stress.
Use a private journal, emotional check-ins, optional activities from a fixed wellbeing library and carefully selected support resources. Kova also includes consented humanitarian stories and optional general wellbeing reflections.
Your journal entries, mood check-ins and reflection responses remain on your device. Kova does not require a login or create a Kova account.
Kova Premium provides access to premium app features through auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions purchased and managed with Apple. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are available in the app.
Kova is not therapy, medical treatment, a diagnostic tool, a medical device or an emergency service. Its reflections are not validated clinical assessments, do not calculate medical risk and do not replace qualified professionals. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
