Rank what you watch. Mark a film as watched and five. now asks one thing: how was it? Loved it, it was fine, or not for me. Then a couple of quick head-to-heads against films you've already rated to work out exactly where it sits. What that gets you: • Your ranking — everything you've rated, in order, each with a score • Your number one, at the top of Stats • Picks anchored on what you loved. five. looks for more films like your highest-rated ones — not just like the last thing you happened to watch Already have films in your watched list? There's a prompt at the top of Stats to work through them. It saves as you go — stop whenever, pick up where you left off, and skip anything you can't remember. Weekly reminders — optional, off by default. Turn them on in Account and you'll get one when your new five land, plus a mid-week nudge if you still have shuffles to spend. Nothing else. For subscribers: your taste profile now includes You vs the crowd — how your scores compare with everyone else's, the genre you're hardest or easiest on, and your most contrarian pick.

Smoother, sharper, and it finally remembers your week. • Fixed a bug where reinstalling the app or signing in on a new phone could skip your weekly reset, leaving you without shuffles until the following week. Your week now travels with your account. • Shuffle is press-and-hold, so it can't be triggered by accident. • Swipe between your five inside a film's details, and swipe down to close. • Search any film you've already seen and mark it watched — no need to wait for it to turn up in a weekly five. Tap any result to read about it. • Moods are much more accurate. "Dark & intense" no longer serves up slashers, and every mood was retuned the same way. • "Pick a film you love" no longer returns sequels or prequels of the film you picked, and always fills all five. • More variety between shuffles — fewer of the same films week to week. • Scrolling bounces properly, and the whole app moves more consistently. • Watched films are marked more clearly.
