One number that tells you how your body is really aging. Estimated from your lab results plus your last 7 days of habits — sleep, steps, hydration, logging streaks — with cardiovascular, metabolic and sleep sub-ages, capped at ±12 years and fully explainable. Watch it drop as your habits compound.

Your family's data stays on your device by default. Sign in and it syncs encrypted over HTTPS; credentials live in the iOS Keychain, never in plain text. Delete your account and everything is gone — permanently. We never sell or share health data.
YuanQi is a health-management tool, not a medical device. Scores and suggestions are generated from your own records and public medical guidelines, for reference only — they never replace diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions from licensed physicians.
