I can track different areas like legs, core, chest, and shoulders, and use the 0–100% progress bar based on what I personally consider a successful workout. If I planned 4 sets and only completed 1, I can mark 25%. If I completed everything I wanted that day, I mark 100%. It’s completely up to you.Then, when I look at the calendar, I can immediately see my progress—what I’ve done, what I’ve missed, and what I need to work on to keep my routine balanced and consistent. There’s something surprisingly motivating about moving those progress bars and watching the calendar fill up.It’s a very simple concept, but that’s exactly why I like it. It doesn’t tell me how I have to exercise; it simply gives me a visual way to stay accountable and build consistency at my own pace.I paid for the lifetime option, which I thought was a fair price when I bought it. Now that I’ve actually been using the app, I can definitely say it was worth it.For someone like me who is just starting to build a regular exercise routine, this is one of those simple apps I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it.
