WHAT YOU SEE AFTER EVERY READING
• Speed — words per minute, and how it changed over the week
• Expression — whether punctuation gets a pause, whether the pace is even
• Comprehension — a few questions about what was read, answered out loud
• Reading time — without a stopwatch in front of the child
BOOK THE FOX
Book listens, asks questions and helps when a word will not come. He never interrupts mid-sentence: while the child reads, the screen shows no mistakes and no warnings — only the time. This is reading, not an exam.
FOR PARENTS
A short report: what was read, for how long, what happened to the speed, what the child understood. No charts that mean nothing.
READ IN ANY LANGUAGE
The interface is Ukrainian, English, Polish or German. The reading language is chosen separately: questions and the recap come back in the language your child reads in.
FREE VERSION
Two books in the library and three readings a day. Speed, expression, questions and parent reports all work — only the counts are limited.
STORYFOX PLUS
Unlimited books and no daily reading limit. The first 7 days are free, then $4.99 a month, shown by the store in your own currency. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings.
HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS
The numbers are approximate and depend on the sound quality. StoryFox is not a speech, educational or medical assessment and does not replace a specialist.
PRIVACY
No sign-up. Audio and page photos are used only to calculate the metrics and build the questions; we do not pass them on for model training.
The microphone is required — otherwise there is nothing to listen to. The camera only if you photograph a page.
