This update is about names, numbers, and graves — and about how to read a claim. THE NAMES OF GOD What is the difference between Elohim and YHWH? Elohim is a word for what God is. YHWH is what God is called. Sixteen names and titles, each with the pointed Hebrew, its first occurrence quoted verbatim, and how often it actually occurs — counted in the Masoretic text itself, not taken from a secondary source. The difference between the two great names is answered at four levels: the grammar, the theology, the alternation in Genesis that a whole school of criticism was built on, and why the Name is not spoken aloud. Including what the vowel points reveal. Of the 6,006 free-standing Tetragrammata, 5,702 carry the vowels of Adonai and 304 carry the vowels of Elohim — and every one of those 304 stands in the one phrase where saying Adonai twice would be absurd. "Jehovah" is what you get by reading those borrowed vowels as if they belonged. "Yahweh" is a reconstruction, not a transmitted pronunciation. THE TWO HUNDRED 1 Enoch says two hundred angels came down on the summit of Mount Hermon. It names their twenty chiefs — and every English edition in print gives only nineteen. The missing one is restored here. The Aramaic fragments from Qumran number each entry with an ordinal and run unbroken to "twentieth to him"; the Ethiopic itself still preserves the name in the parallel roster at 1 Enoch 69:2. Seventeenth in the list stands Tummi'el, "Perfection of God" — lost from one chapter by a copyist whose eye slipped between two near-identical names. Beside the Watchers, the other catalogue: 202 confirmed impact structures on Earth, with diameter, age and coordinates. Two lists of things that came down out of the sky, compiled by people who never heard of each other. They are shown side by side, and the app says outright that they do not explain each other. The Enoch number is literary. The crater count measures where geologists have looked, not where anything fell — it was under 150 in the 1980s. THE PROPHETS Sixty-eight prophets of the Hebrew Bible and the Qur'an, with the name each one bore, what that name means, and when they lived. The dates are the hard part, and this app does not fake them. The Hebrew Bible uses no calendar era: it gives a king's regnal year, or an age at death, or — most often — nothing at all. Eleven of these figures have no birth, no age and no death notice anywhere. Two the text says did not die. Every specific year comes from a reconstruction, and the two main reconstructions disagree by more than a century; each entry says which one it is using. WHERE THEY ARE BURIED Twenty sites, and the question everyone asks about the two most famous: is he in there? At Medina the answer is yes, and has never been anything else. At Jerusalem the answer is no, and that emptiness is the claim being made. Each tradition is saying what its own texts say. Neither is evidence against the other — and Islam holds that Jesus has no grave either, which is why a fourth space is kept in that chamber in Medina. THE TALPIOT TOMB Four new entries in Yeshua's Family Tree, in the layer marked MODERN CLAIM. All ten ossuaries, inscription by inscription. The Greek reading that the entire Mary Magdalene identification rests on, and the scholar who later accepted the correction to it. What the DNA test actually measured, and every relationship the result leaves open. And the detail that quietly undoes most of the argument: that same name pair, Yeshua son of Yehosef, was already published from a different tomb in 1926. None of it is presented as fact. Each entry gives the claim, the evidence, and the people who dispute it — the same way the rest of the app treats everything it shows you.

This update is about who can use the app. VoiceOver now describes the 3D earth and everything it shows, and points to the Parts menu, which is the way through it that works without sight. The decorative shapes in the flat-earth drawing no longer read out as noise, and every labelled part now says what tapping it does. A place's detail page reads as one sentence - its name, the source's own spelling, which text it came from, and how sure the identification is - instead of four fragments opening in Hebrew. Text follows Dynamic Type everywhere it should. The family tree, the food cards and the version badges now grow with your text size setting instead of staying frozen at one size.

NEW: Yeshua's Family Tree. A drawn genealogy of Jesus' family where the border of every box says where the name came from — named in scripture, church tradition only, or modern claim. A guess does not get to look like a birth certificate. • Mother, father, four brothers by name, sisters mentioned but never named or counted • What no ancient source attests — a wife, children — drawn in dashes, because an absence is an answer too • Matthew 1 and Luke 3 shown disagreeing about Joseph's father, with no attempt to reconcile them • The grandparents marked as what they are: names that reach us through a 2nd-century Greek work, never through scripture • The tomb, and the Talpiot ossuary claim, traced to its source rather than repeated • Every modern claim about the family given its origin and its rebuttal NAMES IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE The app now gives the Hebrew and Aramaic forms first throughout — Yeshua, Miryam, Yosef, Ya'aqov, Shim'on — with the familiar English after. Quotations keep whatever wording the translation prints, so a verse still reads "Jesus". The app's voice and the text's voice stay apart, here as everywhere. MORE APOSTLES THAN TWELVE Those the New Testament calls apostle without counting them among the Twelve now stand alongside the Twelve, each with the verse that gives them the title. Version 2.0 is the largest update the app has had. It adds the world before the Bible, the calendars the world still runs on, and twelve more books that never made the cut. THREE PRE-CHRISTIAN RELIGIONS, ON THE MAP Norse, Celtic and Greco-Roman sources are now full layers alongside the biblical ones: 599 passages quoted verbatim, 600 dated historical entries and 132 places you can tap on the globe. Read from the Poetic Edda, the Prose Edda, Heimskringla, the Irish and Welsh cycles, Hesiod and Homer — the same rule as everywhere else in this app: the text first, word for word, with the book and page it came from. No interpretation added. WORLD CALENDARS A new tab showing what year it is right now in six countries that do not use the Gregorian calendar: Saudi Arabia (Hijri, Umm al-Qura), Thailand (Buddhist Era), Iran (Solar Hijri), Nepal (Bikram Sambat), Bhutan and Ethiopia. Enter your birth year and see how old you are in each one. Lunar, lunisolar, sidereal and tropical are explained in plain language. Where an exact day cannot be computed honestly, the app gives the year alone rather than a guess. ETHIOPIA The widest canon in Christianity, the books only Ethiopia kept, and a straight answer to the question "how old is the Ethiopian Bible really?" MONGOLIA A translation history with a five-hundred-year hole in it — the editions that were printed, the ones that were lost, and who was behind them. THE BOOKS LEFT OUT — 7 BOOKS TO 19 A new New Testament Apocrypha category joins the Apocrypha, the Pseudepigrapha and the Gnostic finds. Every book was read through from its real text and every quote is verbatim. Five pages are now photographed straight out of a printed Bible, so you can see the page itself rather than take the app's word for it. Two name collisions are now spelled out, because both are constantly confused: the Gospel of Thomas here is the sayings-gospel from Nag Hammadi, not the Infancy Gospel of the childhood stories; and the Apocalypse of Peter here is the Coptic Gnostic one, not the Ethiopic tour of heaven and hell. NAVIGATION Nine tabs are down to five. Everything is still there — it is simply reachable in fewer taps. SEARCH Search now works on the map, and the Texts search is findable instead of hidden.

Version 1.5 is the biggest update since launch. Every source file in the library has been read page by page, and everything here comes out of that sweep. YESHUA'S APPEARANCE — REBUILT A feature-by-feature breakdown, each with a colour-coded evidence level: stated in the texts, vision-only, later interpretation, no source at all, or modern estimate. Tap a feature to read the exact passages behind it in the original language, with the book and page. New in this section: Isaiah 50:6, the one feature with a real textual basis — a beard. The Transfiguration. Luke 19:3, which describes Zacchaeus, not Yeshua. Daniel 7:9, where the white wool hair belongs to the Ancient of Days. The "Letter of Lentulus" marked as the 15th-century forgery it is. The illustration is redrawn, and eye colour is no longer asserted — no text and no archaeological method can recover it. WHEN, WHERE AND WHAT LANGUAGE Nineteen new entries on his birth, death and speech. Matthew puts the birth under Herod, Luke at the census under Quirinius, and Josephus dates that census a decade after Herod died. All three, side by side. THE RABBINIC CORPUS Talmud Bavli, the Jerusalem Talmud, Maimonides' Mishneh Torah and Targum Onqelos — four complete works the app had never touched. FOOD Maimonides' food code, and three incompatible motives for the food laws standing side by side. SOURCE CITATIONS Every citation now names a real book and edition instead of a filename. All 663 source files are catalogued.
