FloorFirm is a quiet Kegel timer for your pelvic floor routine. A calm animation and haptic cues pace every squeeze, hold and release — a few minutes a day, guided end to end.
What you get:
- Every feature is free: all plans, full history, the 30-day chart, custom rhythm and Apple Watch — nothing is locked
- Visual and haptic pacing: a blossom animation plus vibration cues make the rhythm effortless to follow
- Discreet mode: a neutral, text-free screen — follow along by touch with the phone in your pocket
- Daily reminders and streaks: up to 3 reminder times with discreet wording that never mentions the training content; reminders skip the rest of the day once you hit your goal
- Progressive plans: General Strength, Pregnancy Care and Postpartum Recovery, each with 3 levels, plus a gentle nudge to level up after 7 consistent days
- Apple Watch: finish a full session from your wrist without looking at a screen
Privacy: no account. Your training data is stored only on your device and the developer cannot see it. Every training feature works fully offline — the only thing that needs a connection is loading the banner ad at the bottom of the screen. No tracking, and no ATT prompt.
The in-app purchase "Remove Ads" does exactly one thing: it hides the banner. It does not unlock any features, because every feature is already free.
