Your memes, drafts and images stay on this phone - no upload, no account. Photos access is add-only, so your library is never read; the camera is used only when you choose to shoot. You bring your own images; there is no built-in image library. The one thing that needs a connection is the bottom banner ad, served by Google AdMob: non-personalized ads only, no cross-app tracking, and no "Allow tracking" prompt.
