Your phone sits on the floor, watches you, and counts only the reps that actually count — then puts that number up against everybody else's.

Up to thirty people banking reps toward one weekly goal. See who's training right now, watch the total move when they finish a set, and declare war on the guild above you — the winner takes their place in the rankings, the loser drops. Nobody skips leg day quietly when nine other people can see the number.

Hourly, daily and weekly leaderboards, ranked globally and by country, region and city. Being first in your city is a different feeling to being four hundredth in the world, and it's a lot easier to brag about.
CLIMB THE TOWER
Nine floors, nine bosses, one crown. Every clean rep is a step and every step is damage. Shallow reps do nothing — the camera can tell, and so can the boss.
THE CAMERA IS THE CONTROLLER
No wearables, no straps, no tapping the screen mid-set. Prop the phone against a wall a metre or two away and start. It tracks your depth and cadence on the device itself, and never asks you to touch anything while you're in a plank.

THE PUSH-UP LOCK
Put your worst apps behind a wall of push-ups. Pick the apps that eat your evenings, set your own price — say, 15 push-ups for 15 minutes inside — and the wall does the rest, even while this app is closed. Opening a locked app shows you the deal; one set later, you're in. Uses Apple's Screen Time controls, entirely on your device. Part of the Pushup Pass.
SHARE THE EVIDENCE
Record a clip of a set and send it to whoever needs to see it. Rendered on your phone, yours to post or delete.
HONEST BY DESIGN
Every rep is scored from what the camera actually saw — depth, tempo and range of motion — and re-checked on our side. A rep you didn't earn isn't a rep, which is what makes beating someone worth anything.
YOUR VIDEO STAYS YOURS
Pose detection runs entirely on your device. Nothing you record leaves your phone unless you choose to share it.

Ratings & Reviews

Rep counting is more forgiving at the top of the movement. If you did not come all the way back to a full lockout, that rep still counts — previously it could be missed entirely, and a set could end early because of it.
Duels are now a tug of war. Every rep you complete drags the rope toward your opponent; pull it far enough clear and the round ends on the spot.
Share clips now show the boss you were fighting, not just your rep count.
Changing your name now updates everywhere, including the leaderboards.
The home screen is calmer — fewer cards at once, and you can dismiss the ones you do not want.
