APPLE WATCH
Record runs, rucks, swims, workouts and land nav on the watch's own GPS and heart rate, with pace gates, splits, zone alerts and a lensatic compass. Score the AFT, CFT, PFT, PRT and Air Force PT event by event. Every session syncs to the phone.
LIVE ACTIVITY AND WIDGETS
During a session, the clock, distance and pace stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Widgets show today's session, the weeks to selection, and the calories and macros left.
FOOD
Log meals by barcode, search or recipe, or scan an ingredient list with the camera, with water on the same page. Targets adjust to what you eat and burn, and meals from other apps come in through Apple Health. Powered by fatsecret nutrition API (www.fatsecret.com)
LAND NAV THAT GRADES EVERY LEG
Plot MGRS points, put the phone away and navigate by map, compass and pace count. The after-action review scores every leg: time, distance walked against straight-line, and how far you finished from the point.
PLANS THAT ADJUST
Adaptive plans open with an assessment that calibrates every target to you, then adjust as you beat or miss them. SFAS Prep is a 12-week program built on the published SFAS preparation guide. AFT, CFT, PRT and Air Force PT plans track every number against the minimums.
