Body Shots Medication Tracker is a flexible medication log for injections and everyday medications. Keep schedules, reminders, history, symptoms, metrics, progress photos, documents, and supplies together in one organized place.
TRACK INJECTIONS AND ANY MEDICATION
Track GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, including brands such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, plus insulin, testosterone and other hormone therapies, fertility medications, biologics, migraine injections, vitamins, compounded medications, and more.
You can also track pills, capsules, liquids, patches, creams, inhalers, nasal sprays, eye and ear medications, lozenges, powders, implants, and other medications.
SCHEDULES, CALENDAR AND REMINDERS
Create medication schedules and see upcoming doses on your calendar. Free accounts include reminders at the scheduled time. Pro adds customizable reminders minutes, hours, or days before each dose.
APPLE HEALTH CONNECTIONS
Body Shots Pro can connect with Apple Health on iPhone. Choose supported measurements and symptoms to import, share back to Apple Health, use in both directions, or leave off.
Supported data includes weight, body fat, blood glucose, blood pressure, resting heart rate, waist circumference, and selected symptoms. Imported Apple Health data stays on your device and is not backed up to Body Shots servers.
METRICS, SYMPTOMS AND PROGRESS
Track body measurements, wellness metrics, side effects, symptoms, reactions, and other observations. Review trends alongside your medication history. Pro adds custom metrics and symptoms.
MEDICATION INVENTORY
Pro can track vials, containers, remaining stock, expiration dates, and low-supply warnings. Inventory can stay connected to medication history as you record usage.
PROGRESS PHOTOS
Add progress photos, organize your history, compare photos side by side, and create visual comparisons to track changes over time.
DOCUMENTS
Pro includes a private document library for lab results and other files, with account backup for supported documents.
INJECTION TRACKING TOOLS
Record route, site, dose, concentration, equipment, notes, and other details. Use body maps and site-rotation history to keep injection locations organized.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE-FIRST
Your working medication data is stored locally so previously loaded information remains available without a connection. When online, account sync helps back up records and keep supported data available across devices.
