Now you can train with someone watching. A room is a private table between you and up to nine other people. You join with a six-character code you share however you want. It shows how many days each person earned this week and, next to every name, their daily goal. Whoever set themselves one push-up a day is there for everyone to see, without the app saying a word. And on a day you don't make it, you can ask for a rescue: send someone a link and they do your reps from their browser, with nothing to install. Their camera counts on their phone and the video never leaves it. It costs more than you owe, because asking a favor has a price, and it opens fifteen minutes for you. The earned day is still paid with your own body. Two more things. On the day you finished, your feeds locked again at 11:59 PM, eating the last minute of the day you had earned. The lock now comes back at midnight, when the new day starts. And in Settings you can ask it to take you straight back to Instagram when you're done, if that's where you were headed.

The notices stopped looking like buttons. They had the shape and the color of the main button, so they read as something to tap. Now you can read them at a glance. And the ones that ask something of you (the free plan limit, a store that won't answer) stay on screen with a button, instead of vanishing after three seconds. Tapping one app too many no longer opens the plan unprompted. It tells you the free plan guards one, and you decide whether to look. Miss a day and the next one no longer doubles your goal. It starts at the number you picked, every time. And a redeemed code applies right away. You used to have to close the app and open it again before it showed up.

The camera turns on the first time. You used to have to close it and open it again before it would start. The detector was loading twice and stepping on itself. If it ever gives no picture, it now says so and tells you what to do. "No scroll today" now says what time it counts from: 8:00 AM to midnight, minus the minutes you spent on your feeds. "What you've done" stopped resetting on the 1st of every month. It now covers everything since you installed the app, and you can filter by month.

The Screen Time window. You can now open the minutes Apple measures without leaving the app. They're the real ones, the same ones you see in Settings. Social Reps shows them without reading them: they live inside Apple's sandbox and they stay there. The time card shows the minutes your apps were actually locked, counted by the lock itself. The estimate is gone. Tap a bar and it tells you that day. The camera only names the exercises in your day. On "Push-ups only" it no longer asks for a burpee when you stand up between sets. The blocker stopped hanging when it rewrites the shield.

Social fines. You get 15 free minutes of social a day. When they run out you can keep going for up to 45 more, but they cost: every 5 minutes adds 2 push-ups to today's goal, capped at +18. At midnight the fine is gone. The buttons tell you the price before you tap. So do the shield and the Dynamic Island. The camera stopped counting reps you didn't do. If the phone can't see your legs it says so on screen and counts nothing. A real push-up with your feet out of frame still counts. The blocker no longer hangs when the window runs out or the day rolls over.

There's a free plan now: it guards up to 2 apps, and the camera counts the same. Hit the goal and you get the Day earned screen, with a card you can share. Push-ups and sit-ups no longer count when half your body is out of frame.
