Fish Friends is a gentle underwater adventure for curious kids. You are a scuba diver exploring a hand-drawn pixel-art ocean. Swim into any creature and it becomes your friend — no chasing, no catching, no harm. Every new animal stops the game to introduce itself with a real photograph and a true fact written for young readers.
NOTHING IN THIS OCEAN CAN HURT YOU
There are no enemies, no attacks, and no scary moments. Sharks, orcas and moray eels are friends to meet, not threats to escape. The only troublemakers are the things people drop in the sea.
250 REAL SPECIES, ONE REAL FACT EACH
From minnows and sardines to humpback whales, sea turtles, octopuses and the strange creatures of the deep — oarfish, dragonfish, dumbo octopus, hagfish. Every animal is real, every fact is true, and every discovery card pairs a photograph of the living animal with its pixel portrait.
A LOGBOOK THAT GROWS
Animals you have met fill in with colour. The ones still waiting stay as pale silhouettes across five pages. Tap any friend you have found to read about them again. Watching the count climb toward 250 is the quiet joy of the whole game.
CLEAN UP THE OCEAN
Human clutter drifts through the water: a plastic bag floating like a jellyfish, a tangled ghost fishing net, a soda can, an old tire, six-pack rings. Swim into any of it and your diver scoops it up and earns a coin — bigger, more tangled junk is worth more. It is a small, playable lesson that our things do not belong in the sea, and that real divers are the ones who take them back out.
Only two things down here are best left alone: an anchor dropped from a boat above, and a fishing hook paying out its line. They come from the surface and they do not know you are there.
TWO DIVERS, ONE GAME
LITTLE DIVER is built for five-year-olds: five hearts that come back every level, so a dive effectively never ends. Gentler current, extra reach when collecting, longer to read each card, and every fact read aloud for children who cannot read it yet.
EXPLORER is the full game for older kids — the real current, the real challenge, and the whole 250-species catalog to work through.
