From the home screen you get overview rings for stock and freshness, shortcut tiles into each module, recent alert previews, category breakdowns, top sellers, and a daily summary of restocks, inspections, and suppliers. A one-line focus field helps you note the day’s priority, and a lightning badge keeps unread alerts within reach. Soft blue, green, and pink accents create a calm, readable workspace that stays friendly on both larger iPhones and compact devices such as iPhone SE, with generous rounded cards and gentle gradients throughout. Seven core modules cover the full store workflow. Products supports full create, edit, and delete with category chips, barcode and shelf search, stock bars, and detail pages for pricing, quantity, notes, and sales logging. Smart Alerts watches four conditions—low stock, expiring soon, expired, and overstocked—then groups messages so you can mark them read and jump straight to the related item. Expiry Monitor sorts inventory on a timeline with clear risk levels so waste can be reduced before food reaches the discard bin. Restock Records capture quantity, unit cost, and supplier links while updating on-hand counts automatically for accurate history. Statistics visualizes category share, inventory value, alert counts, and sales rankings to guide merchandising and restock decisions. Shelf Inspection lets staff score zones, log issues, and keep displays tidy and fully labeled. Suppliers stores contacts, ratings, and notes tied to restock history for easier sourcing. Settings adjusts store identity, expiry reminder days, and demo data reset when you need a clean start. Every module includes a short feature guide so new team members can learn the flow without training manuals. Navigation stays consistent across screens, and all data remains on device with built-in sample content for instant exploration—no account and no cloud setup required. The interface is tuned for everyday floor use: fast entry, clear status colors, and actions that match how store teams already work.
