Even without an account, if you save a plan we'll let you know if the time or place changes or it's cancelled, and remind you the day before. Like a nagging friend, but useful.

Notifications now know where to take you: • Tap an alert and you see exactly the plans it announces, not the home screen. • New «Alerts» inbox (the bell in Explore), in case you swiped one away by mistake. • You decide what «nearby» means: 10, 30 or 50 km. • Alerts follow your tastes. • «This afternoon» or «tonight» in search now filter by time. • Type or say "magic for kids this weekend near Vic" and Festea gets it all in one go. • Search by voice: tap the microphone and say what you feel like doing. • What it understood shows up as tags: tap one to change it or remove it. Goodbye, filters screen. • If there's nothing nearby, it tells you how far the closest plan is, or what to drop to find something. • Swiping the map cards now lets you browse every plan in the area, not just two. • On iPhone, map icons are visible again and you no longer need a magnifying glass to read event times. • Our spell checker got smarter: "granolers" is Granollers too. • We've taught notifications to stop sending you to the middle of nowhere.

We dressed up for autumn: • Cleaner and clearer: no more bunting and frames, you bring the party. • Pick where and when in one tap at the top, like booking a hotel. • The map opens where the plans are, not on your doorstep, and counts what you see. • Searching "festa major" no longer sends you to Africa. • Swipe the map cards to hop from plan to plan. • Events, artists and venues get brand-new pages. • Festivals end when they end: Irun no longer celebrates San Miguel until November. • Titles have stopped SHOUTING, and Barcelona shows up only once.

We went through the whole app as if opening it for the first time: • Search understands "concert in Bagà this weekend" and is much faster. • New filters: for kids, outdoors and language. • The list goes day by day, and every plan shows price, hours and whether to book. • The map uses far less memory: no more running out of breath after a long stroll. • Saved plans open offline. Even in the basement.

• You can now follow your favourite artists and venues: when they announce a new date, we'll let you know. • Everything you follow, together in your profile. • We promise not to notify you at 3am. Not even for a verbena.

• Artists get their own page: photo, who they are, where to listen and, above all, when they're playing near you. • Verbena orchestras get one too, with all their summer dates. • Various fixes. The sound engineer says it sounds better now.

• Better security: logging out on one device now really logs you out, straight away. • The app can tell if you came from a poster in your town, so we know where the next one is worth putting up (without knowing who you are, promise). • Various fixes. None of them hurt.

• Venues are no longer just a number on the map: they show their name, and tapping one shows what's on. • Every venue gets its own page: photo, opening hours, capacity, how to get there, website, socials and accessibility. • You can now review a venue. Stars, like restaurants, but no tip required. • Various fixes so everything runs smoother.

A big update, the last one was from July: • Save plans without an account: they stay on your iPhone. • "On now and tonight": what's happening near you at a glance. • Weekend plans every Thursday. • Works offline: your saved plans and what you last viewed are still there. • Artist and band pages with all their dates. • Filter by kind of plan: festivals, music, motorsport, family… • Event pages with much more detail, taken from each town hall's website. • We taught the app that pest control is not a Saturday plan.
