WeekCoach helps you turn a fitness plan into workouts you actually follow. Bring a weekly plan from your AI, organize each day's actions, and track what you complete. When your schedule or goals change, use that progress to plan the next week.

Start with your goal, available time, equipment and personal constraints. WeekCoach turns your answers into a prompt you can copy to the AI service you choose. Paste the reply back in the supported weekly Markdown format to create your schedule. Already have a plan? You can paste that in too.

One active plan, prompt building, manual copy-and-paste imports and updates, workout tracking, timers and streaks are free. You can view the latest two plan versions and start without signing in. Any external AI service you choose has its own availability and pricing.
GO FURTHER WITH WEEKCOACH PRO
WeekCoach Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds unlimited active plans, full version history, longer-term progress views and metric trends, optional read-only Apple Health context, and device sync after Sign in with Apple.
In-app Coach conversations, plan generation and AI updates require Pro plus compatible Apple Intelligence or your own compatible API key. You review proposed updates before applying them. Pro does not include hosted AI usage; your API provider may charge separately. Availability depends on your device, language, region and setup.
YOUR HEALTH DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Apple Health is optional and read-only. Health samples are queried when needed, not saved in WeekCoach's database or synced. Sharing Health context with your API provider requires a separate opt-in. You control manual exports.
WeekCoach is a fitness and wellness tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose or treat conditions, or guarantee the safety of an exercise plan. Imported plans must use a supported weekly format.
