Termio is a salon appointment and scheduling app built around that agent. Write what you need in plain words. The agent books and moves appointments, plans your team's schedule and answers any question about your salon from your own data.

Your whole team's calendar
Appointment scheduling for the whole team in day, week and month views, one column per team member. Hold and drag an appointment to move it or make it longer. Everyone sees their own column on their own phone and gets a notification when an appointment is booked, moved or canceled.
Say the schedule, don't click it
Staff scheduling in one sentence to the agent: shifts, time off and rotations for the whole team.
Clients who come back
Each client has a profile with every visit: what they had, with whom, what they paid, and your notes, like a color formula. Ask the agent who hasn't been in for a while and call them first.
A canceled appointment, a filled slot
Keep a waitlist. When a slot opens, Termio tells you who is waiting for it.
What's really left
Enter rent, supplies and other costs, and the agent knows what's left, not just what came in. Every Monday morning last week's report is on your phone.
Your own plans stay blocked
Import your Google or Apple calendar and Termio won't book over your dentist appointment.
You decide who sees what
Only the owner sees revenue. For each team member you choose full or masked client contact details. Every appointment keeps its history: who booked, moved or canceled it and when.
Your clients stay yours
No marketplace and no commission on bookings.
One subscription per salon
One price for up to 5 team members. No per-person fees and no tiers. The AI agent is included for the first 6 months. After that you choose whether to keep it.
Your language
Termio speaks 28 languages, and the agent answers in yours.
One account everywhere
On your phone, your tablet and in any browser. Sign in and your calendar is there.
Termio is free to download and needs a subscription. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
