Timed — Thaws on its own. You can end it early, at a cost.
Scheduled — A repeating window: sleep, deep work, meals. Set it once and it runs without you.
Deep Freeze — No early end. Emergency Flames don't work. No way out. Not for the days you trust yourself; for the days you don't.
YOUR ICE GROWS
Every frozen hour makes it thicker. Break early and it thins. That's the whole game.
Six tiers, from First Frost to Permafrost. Resolve points, an unbroken streak, and ten achievements. None of the numbers are invented — they're measured by Apple's Screen Time framework, on your own device.
EMERGENCY FLAMES
For the times you genuinely need an app early. 2 free Flames every Monday, and packs available if you want more.
But spending one is never just a button. Fryze holds you for ten seconds of breathing, asks what you're actually looking for, then shows you the cost. Most urges pass on their own if you do nothing at all. Flames never break a streak.
WHAT WE WERE CAREFUL ABOUT
Fryze uses Apple's Screen Time framework. That framework never tells Fryze which apps you actually use — it only lets Fryze block the ones you chose.
No ads. No free tier funded by your attention. Fryze is subscription-only because you're the customer, not the product.
SUBSCRIPTION
Fryze Pro · monthly or yearly. The price appears in your own currency on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, the subscription renews automatically and is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it any time in iPhone Settings.
