Fixed: achievements no longer disappear if the app closes mid round. Lose the app on the 14th and your round keeps everything it earned. The Joker Achievement now counts every penalty you pay, not just the first of each kind. The showdown shows your best five face up and the rest face down, so a six card hand stops looking like a six card hand. Joining a table is quicker. Paste the code, or the whole invite message, and it finds the table on its own. Tap an achievement popup to read exactly what you did for it, and the showdown now lists who earned what, and why. Your card back now sits next to your avatar in Settings, and entering a hole no longer pauses before it closes. Rounds finished in under an hour no longer earn achievements. Golf takes longer than that.

The rules walkthrough is rebuilt. Every page moves now, and three of them you do rather than read: tear a pack open, press and hold to check your hand, and in Chaos, rip a golden pack. Royal flush now beats five of a kind. Counted across two decks it is the rarest hand in the game by a long way, so it sits at the top where it belongs. Achievements got harder. Taking a 10 is not an achievement. Taking a 10 and still winning the round is. Same for seven bunkers, and for three-putting your way to the pot anyway. New look. New app icon, and a new typeface across the app that makes the scorecard easier to read. Nine-hole rounds show the right course handicap in the lobby. The shots you were given were always correct. The number on screen was not. My Hand glows when packs are waiting. Sealed cards were too easy to walk past. First names in the standings and the hole feed, so nobody gets cut off mid-name. Setting a password now asks you to type it twice.

Small updates and fixes

FIXES Nine-hole rounds now allocate handicap strokes correctly, and plus handicaps give shots back as they should.
