NUTRITION AND WEIGHT • Record foods, calories and additional activities • Set a daily calorie goal • View calorie summaries and trends • Track weight changes over time • Save frequently used foods and meals • Export and restore your nutrition data YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE Run Green works without an account. Your activity history, nutrition entries, weight records, calorie goals and saved foods remain on your device by default. You can export selected activities in GPX, CSV and text formats. OPTIONAL ONLINE FEATURES Create an optional Run Green account inside the app to: • Search the shared food catalogue • Upload selected run or walk summaries • View your online dashboard • Participate in private groups, clubs, family groups and challenges You choose which activity summaries to upload. Your personal nutrition entries, weight records, calorie goals and saved foods are not shared with groups. PRO SUBSCRIPTION Try Run Green free for 15 days or 20 recorded activities, whichever comes first. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited new activities and continued access to premium tracking and analysis features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store account settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
