Pimkin Mail
Calendar, contacts, tasks
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Pimkin brings your mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks together in one app — using the accounts you already have.
Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or any IMAP, CalDAV, and CardDAV account. Pimkin is a client, not another inbox: your mail stays with your provider, and nothing moves or migrates. Add an account and it is simply there, alongside the others.
One place for everything
Read and write mail across every account at once, or one at a time. Your calendars overlay in a single view. Contacts and tasks sync from the same accounts, so there is nothing extra to set up.
Search that actually finds it
Full-text search across every account and every mailbox, with filters you can save and return to. Narrow by sender, folder, tag, or date without learning a query language — or use the operators if you prefer them.
Rules that run without you
File, tag, forward, or archive automatically. Mute a mailing list in one tap. Unsubscribe with a single confirmation instead of hunting for the link at the bottom of the message.
Built for a phone
Swipe to archive or delete. Pull to refresh. Long-press to select. Push notifications tell you who wrote, and tapping one opens that message — not just the app.
Works when the network doesn't
Your recent mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks are kept on the device. Read on the train, write a reply, change a flag — it sends when you reconnect.
Optional AI, off until you ask
Inbox triage, message summaries, and reading booking details out of a confirmation email so you can add them to your calendar. Each has its own switch and each starts off. Nothing about your mail is sent anywhere until you turn one on, and turning it off stops it.
No ads. No tracking. No data brokers.
Pimkin has no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers of any kind. It is not free because you are the product — it is a tool that works for you.
Sign in the modern way
Passkeys, Sign in with Apple, or Google and Microsoft sign-in. Your provider credentials live in the iOS keychain.
Pimkin requires accounts you already own. It does not host mail itself.

Fixes to the Drafts folder.
Closing a draft no longer throws it away. The X at the top of the composer was wired to Discard, so opening a saved draft to re-read it and then closing it deleted it. X and Esc now close the draft and keep it; the Discard button is still there for when you mean it.
Draft rows take the same swipe-to-delete as the rest of your mail, and a swipe asks first — discarding a draft is permanent, where a deleted message goes to Trash.
Reopening a draft keeps the account and sending address it was written with, so there is no longer error text across the title, and a saved reply stays in its conversation.
