A completed copy is not proof that every byte arrived intact. Ferry moves camera cards to your Mac or external SSD, verifies the result, and tells you when it is safe to clear the source. No account, cloud, or telemetry is involved. MOVE AND VERIFY IN ONE FLOW Choose a card and destination, then let Ferry copy every file. Quick check compares names, sizes, and folder patterns in seconds. Deep verify reads the copied data back from disk and compares SHA-256 checksums byte for byte. FIND WHAT OTHER TOOLS MISS Missing file? Checksum mismatch? Extra file at the destination? Ferry places source and destination in one synchronized view and makes every difference visible. MATCH FILES AFTER THEY MOVE Reorganized folders are not a problem. Ferry matches by file identity instead of relying only on the original path, so copied footage can still be recognized after you sort it. DELETE ONLY WHEN IT IS SAFE The delete action remains locked until verification passes. Before anything is removed, Ferry shows the exact location, file count, and total size. Only verified source files are eligible. KEEP A VERIFICATION RECORD Every offload and verification session leaves a local report, so you can see what was checked, when it ran, and whether it passed. VERIFY EXISTING COPIES Already copied a folder with Finder? Use verification mode to compare two existing locations without running another offload. BUILT FOR LARGE SHOOTS Ferry streams data in fixed-size chunks, bypasses the file cache for large reads, and processes files sequentially to avoid flooding memory or disk I/O. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Ferry reads only folders you explicitly choose. Photos, videos, paths, checksums, and reports stay on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded or tracked. Move it. Verify it.
