IT FOLLOWS THE REAL HOUR THERE
Every place moves through dawn, morning, day, dusk and night
on the clock of its own timezone.
So a bird that only calls at daybreak
really does call only then.
Online, it checks the weather there every fifteen minutes.
When it rains there, it rains in your room.
