The assistant grew up, and the app stopped needing a signal. THE ASSISTANT is no longer buried in a menu — it's on your home screen, beside chat. It remembers: ask something, close it, open it again, and the conversation is still there, with everything you've ever asked one tap away. Behind it now: HOUSE RULES, what the assistant should know about your business ("who approves a refund over $50"), written by a manager and answered from by everyone's assistant. And REMIND ME, which sends you a message at an hour you pick and never does anything on its own. NO SIGNAL, NO PROBLEM. Your week and the team board stay readable with the network down, and say exactly when they were last true instead of pretending to be current. AND NOTHING BLOCKS YOU FOR MONEY. The Structa software is free now; only a business its owner has closed is stopped.

Your shift, on your lock screen. ON SHIFT — clock in and a live timer sits on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island until you clock out. No unlocking, no opening the app. It never appears on a door tablet: a shared screen publishes nobody's name. TEAM CHAT — write to a colleague without putting it on the board. The chat button is on your home screen, with a dot when somebody has written to you. TODAY'S BRIEF — one tap on your home screen and the assistant reads your day back to you: what came in, what needs attention, what to do next. ATTACHMENTS — what a guest sent with their email now opens on the phone, including the files we could not keep, which say why. Also in this release: the assistant's confirm card names what it is about to do in your own language, even for actions that reach into your other accounts.

Two waves of depth in one update. THE TILL — take a payment, void or refund one, sell and redeem gift cards, record an expense, and close the day: cash / card / online / gift tender, expected drawer cash, tips, sales tax, refunds, unpaid checks, top dishes and sales by staff. THE STOCKROOM — receive, count or use a bin with a reason and a history, and scan a barcode with the camera. FULFILMENT — order facts, stage tabs, take a job from the queue, create a delivery. GUEST MAIL — the AI receptionist on iPhone: folders, the newest draft as the editor, 'sends automatically at…' with Send now or Hold. CLASSES — the day's sessions with live headcount, the roster, check someone in (it spends a membership visit). THE CHECK — split by items with each dish's share of service and tax, or show a QR and let the guest pay on their own phone. THE DOOR — door mode on a tablet: tap your card, type your PIN, your card lights up. Weekly timesheet, copy last week, payroll export.
