The rule is simple. Pick up to four small things, gym, food, pages, meds, whatever yours are. Do any ONE of them and the day counts. Not all of them. No minimum, no quality bar. WHAT IT DOES • One-tap logging. Open the app, tap the thing you did. Seconds. • A 30-day grid of your days, shaded by how much fired. A dim day still counted. • Runs and outages derived from your real history, never a stored streak. Nothing in four can be reset to zero, structurally. • Silent while you're fine. Stop logging for a few days and one notification reaches your lock screen. It escalates if you stay quiet, then gets out of the way. • A re-entry path: come back after days away and four shows what worked last time. Restarting is one tap. • Proof: a wall of pixels that fills as your month does, revealing a message a word at a time. • An optional evening reminder, off by default. One optional mood slider, it never affects your record. WHAT IT REFUSES TO DO No streaks. No badges, points, confetti or leaderboards. No calorie counting, no quality scores, no opinion about what your goal should be. four ships the system; you bring the goal. Built for the worst day, not the best one.
