Mac
Purrch is a calm desk companion for anyone who sits at a Mac for hours.
Most break apps interrupt you with a rigid timer. Purrch is different: a small desk cat lives in your menu bar, notices periods of inactivity, then gently invites you to move for 30 seconds. No forced pomodoro. No guilt. Just a nudge you can always ignore.
WHY PEOPLE KEEP IT
• It waits for inactivity. Purrch uses local input-idle signals to time a gentle invitation, and you can always dismiss, delay, or pause reminders.
• 30 seconds, not 30 minutes. Short, specific movements for your neck, shoulders and eyes—easy to do at your desk, even in an open office.
• A companion, not a coach. The cat celebrates your streak and keeps you company. Movement you look forward to, not another task.
• Quiet by design. Lives in the menu bar with no Dock icon. Pause it for an hour, or until tomorrow, anytime.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Purrch works fully on your Mac. No account. No ads. No cross-app tracking.
The camera is entirely optional. If you turn it on, video frames are processed only in memory to draw an anonymous outline of you—your real image is never shown, saved, or uploaded. Turn it off and Purrch still guides every movement.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Menu-bar cat that appears after periods of inactivity
• 30-second guided micro-movements for neck, shoulders and eyes
• Gentle streak and weekly progress you can actually feel
• Optional anonymous camera outline to follow along
• Full pause controls and adjustable reminder timing
Made for people who love their work and want to feel better at the end of the day. Download Purrch and let a little cat keep you moving.
