What's new in ClickBook 1.2 • Word explanations now appear faster. • Ask ChatGPT (Pro) about any word and its passage for a fuller answer. Nothing is shared unless you ask. • Books now reopen on the exact page you left. • Continuous scroll no longer stalls at chapter ends. • The Vocab tab lists each word once. Tap a word for its meaning, an example and the sentence you found it in. • In page-by-page mode, pages turn with a soft paper sound. It stays quiet in Silent mode, and you can turn it off in Settings. • On iPad, you can now read one page at a time instead of two. • Default text is now slightly smaller with tighter line spacing, so more fits on a page. Your own settings are kept. Also fixed: books you added no longer vanish after an update, explanations of accented and non-Latin words use the right sentence, and choosing a book's language in the word popup now works.

ClickBook Pro is now available as an in-app purchase. It adds two tabs to the word popup: Translation, which explains a word in your own language, and Context, which translates the passage around it. Reading, the offline model and the Meaning tab remain free.
