Shared care is here. Give a partner or a family member access to a shelf — or just a few plants — and they can log watering and misting while you're away. You see who did what and when, and your plant's schedule updates by itself. They don't need Premium; you do. Google Drive backup no longer asks you to reconnect on every launch. Plus: a new misting icon, a clearer activity log and layout fixes.

Reminders now match the calendar exactly — no more phantom "water: 2" when a plant isn't due, and overdue care is mentioned once instead of every day. Fertiliser, misting and foliar feeding all follow the same rules. Photo recognition no longer sends a blank frame, so identification stops returning the same wrong plant for every photo. You can now rate the app right from the profile.

Reference photos in identification now really do open large — until now the full screen showed the same thumbnail as the row. Fixed a rare case where identification sent an empty frame and therefore returned the same odd answer for every plant. The app now checks the shot before sending it, and sends it sharper.

Fixed the pet-safety badge: it can no longer show a green check next to a description that says the plant is toxic. The badge is now read from the very text you see beneath it. Photos from species and disease identification open full screen, so you can study the reference shots and compare them with your plant. A gallery photo now keeps the date it was actually taken instead of the day you uploaded it, and you can correct it by hand. Fixed picking photos when the app only has access to a part of your library. The app language now follows the system: change it in Settings and it changes here.

Added 15 new species with their own illustrations: bird of paradise, bird's nest fern, stromanthe, poinsettia, sweetheart hoya, air plant, cordyline, kentia palm, dendrobium, burro's tail, lithops, Venus flytrap, staghorn fern, grape ivy and pomegranate. Eight ficus species and the corn plant no longer share one picture — each has its own. Your Google Drive link no longer disappears after closing the app. Fixed "undefined" showing instead of the plant name in the light readout.
