Focusity: Study Planner
Timetable, exams and grades
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
A to-do list tells you what to do. Focusity tells you when.
Import your timetable and your assignments — from Moodle, a spreadsheet, or a PDF of your exam schedule — and within minutes you have a weekly study plan that built itself: around the free time you actually have, in the hours you actually focus best.
■ A weekly plan that builds itself
• The engine lays out study blocks by due date, difficulty, and the hours each assignment really needs.
• Set the times of day you focus best — morning, afternoon, evening or night — and the schedule is built around them.
• Drag a block to a different time and the rest of the plan updates immediately.
■ Fell behind? There is a plan B
• Every missed class or assignment moves to one catch-up board, with a free slot already found for it.
• Tap "Reschedule" and it goes back into your week — no rebuilding from scratch.
• Mark something done in one tap, without leaving the board.
■ Everything imports itself
• Pull courses, assignments, exams and grades straight from Moodle, from a CSV or spreadsheet, or from a PDF exam timetable.
• Duplicates are detected and filtered automatically.
• Start in minutes, without typing in a single class by hand.
■ Ready for the exam, with no surprises
• Prep plans that are built backwards from the exam date.
• Grade and credit tracking in one place, with a retake simulator.
• A reminder arrives when an assignment moves into the danger zone — not on the morning of the exam.
■ Keep the rhythm
• A focus timer for every study block.
• XP, streaks and a productivity score that turn consistency into a habit instead of an act of willpower.
• Your streak is protected automatically — one freeze accrues each week, for the day when it simply is not possible.
■ Built to be understood
• The scheduling engine is algorithmic and transparent: you can always see why an hour was chosen, and change it by hand.
• Works in English and Hebrew, with real right-to-left support in both.
• Your data is yours — no ads, no selling data, and account deletion from inside the app.
Less mess in your week. More time to study.
Free to download, no credit card.
■ Focusity Premium (optional)
