YOUR LAB FORM, IN DIGITAL SHAPE
Upload a photo or a PDF. The app carries over what is printed on it: marker, value, unit, range and date. Ranges are taken ONLY from your own form — the app never substitutes tables of its own.
Before saving, every recognised line is shown separately and you can correct it by hand: recognition is done by software and it can be wrong. If your form carries no conclusion for a marker, it is marked "not assessed" — that is not "fine", there is simply nothing to compare with. Markers then build up into your own history, and a body map shows which system each one belongs to.
TALKING TO ASTRAS
Ask Astras to put together a nutrition or workout plan, work out your daily calorie target or remind you to take your vitamins — Astras is always there. Its answers are general information, not a conclusion about you.
This is not a medical app or a medical service. It makes no medical conclusions and does not replace a specialist: discuss your results with your doctor. Everything here is educational information.
FOOD AND WATER WITHOUT THE FUSS
Say what you ate, type it, or take a photo of the plate — the app estimates the calories and you correct the number before it is written down. Calorie ring, macros, the healthy plate and meal ideas. Water is marked in one tap.
MOVEMENT
Steps and active calories come from Apple Health. They are read on your phone; with your consent, daily totals are kept in your account. After you connect Health you take part in the step leaderboard: other Astras users see your name, picture, daily steps and when they were last updated. You can leave at any time.
CYCLE AND PREGNANCY
A cycle calendar: periods, delays, intimacy and conception; fertile days and ovulation are worked out from your own marks. The pregnancy calendar counts the week and the expected date. The cycle calendar is kept in your account on our server.
QUIET AND SLEEP
About 150 sound tracks in ten collections: from classical and ambient to nature sounds and music with rain or the sea.
LIBRARY AND COURSES
The Astras library: books, guides, PDFs and videos open inside the app. Materials are arranged by theme on shelves. Courses run day by day: video, text, and a "day done" mark.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Sign in with a one-time code from an e-mail, or with Apple, Google or Facebook — no password. The app can be locked with Face ID or a fingerprint. Handling of health data is switched on by a separate tick and can be switched off. In Settings you can export all your data as a file and delete the account together with the data.
ADVERTISING AND YOUR DATA
The app shows no ads and never sells your data. Ad analytics: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only after you allow it; in other countries it is on by default, with a switch in Settings. In the Astras iPhone app, until you tap "Allow" in Apple's tracking prompt, nothing that links your data to you for advertising — no e-mail hash, no account ID, no advertising identifier — is shared with ad platforms (Meta, Google), and no ad events are sent. App analytics is a separate switch in Settings.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
Part of the app opens with a subscription: Astras Start, Astras Plus and Astras Premium are monthly, Astras Pro is yearly, and they renew automatically. Each course is a separate yearly subscription that renews automatically. Astras Plus has a free trial for new subscribers. Payment and cancellation go through your store account.
