BodyByKeke: Mind is a quiet place to plan time for yourself, notice how you're doing, and write it down where nobody else can read it.
PLAN THE TIME, THEN TAKE IT
Block me time in your day, set an intention for it, and get one gentle reminder when it comes around. Sessions can mirror to your own calendar, so time for yourself sits alongside everything else you committed to.
CIRCLES — THE PART THAT KEEPS YOU HONEST
Invite up to seven people you already know. They see three things: whether you took time for yourself today, your check-in streak, and an optional mood indicator you choose to share. They can send a short encouragement, or propose a session you take at the same time.
There is no feed. No followers. No strangers. Circles are invite-only through a code you hand out yourself, and you can mute, leave, or block from inside the app at any moment.
A JOURNAL ONLY YOU CAN READ
Entries are encrypted on your device with AES-256 before they leave it. We hold the encrypted text and cannot open it — not for support, not for analytics, not at all. Change your mind, and deleted entries wait 30 days in Recently Deleted.

WHAT'S FREE
The scheduler, mood check-ins, the encrypted journal, tips and the shop cost nothing. Free accounts keep one ritual and one Circle, and 30 days of mood history. Nothing is ever deleted when a subscription ends — extra rituals and Circles are held, and come back if you return.

SUBSCRIPTION
BodyByKeke: Mind Premium is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, after a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
