Your calendar tells you when an event begins. Sophie's App helps with everything before it. It works backward to show when to start preparing, when to leave, and how the plan fits together.
For each event, combine preparation time, travel, an arrival buffer, and the tags that matter to you. “Why this time?” explains every part, and you can adjust the plan whenever real life calls for something different.
Routines give daily, weekly, and monthly tasks a calm home. Complete them, defer them, skip once, pause them, or simply begin again next time. There are no streaks to protect and no productivity score to chase.

ADHD-INFORMED, USEFUL FOR ANYONE
Sophie's App was designed with ADHD and executive-function challenges in mind. You do not need a diagnosis. It is a planning tool, not a medical product.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Calendar events are read from the calendars you select. Sophie's App contains no advertising, tracking, or analytics and operates no backend server. App data stays on your device unless you enable private iCloud sync.

Ratings & Reviews
