KEEP WORKING OFFLINE
An unreliable internet connection should not stop a sale. WaiterOne Go is designed for offline operation, making it suitable for markets, temporary venues, events, and work on the road. Pending synchronization changes and print jobs are retained for later delivery.
FLEXIBLE PRINTING
Send orders, bills, and receipts to the appropriate printer. WaiterOne Go supports direct network ESC/POS printing and supported Epson network and portable Bluetooth printers, including printer discovery, receipt branding, routing, and configurable print layouts.

Manage product pages, product groups, products, VAT rates, restaurant tables, payment methods, and printers directly from your device. The interface adapts to iPhone and iPad while keeping the same familiar workflow.

• Added WaiterOne-style button-page editing: double-tap an empty position to create a button, drag buttons between fixed positions or pages while preserving gaps, and set each page's column count.
• Improved button-page scrolling and sizing so four complete rows fit at standard text sizes, and redesigned Order, Bill, and Pay to make the next and unavailable actions clearer.
• Restored the iOS local-network permission prompt needed to reach network printers after reinstalling the app.
• Corrected mirrored receipt logos on ESC/POS printers.
• Opening a table now goes directly to its order, and product counts start with that table or customer’s current unordered items.
• Bill and Pay now print any newly added order lines before printing the customer bill or receipt.
