New in version 2.1: • The tax file now shows the relevant Anlage N figures, including full absence days, arrival and departure days, and tax-free employer reimbursements. • The first trip to the second home and the final trip back to the main home can now be recorded separately. • Improved travel-cost review: public transport tickets are compared with the mileage allowance annually, while flights, ferries and car journeys follow their respective rules. • A new eligibility evidence checklist lets you record statuses, notes and supporting documents. • Optional proof of travel can be attached directly to calendar days. • Parking costs are considered separately from the monthly accommodation limit. • Improved adaptive layout: on larger displays, the calendar and day details appear clearly side by side. • The calendar, day view, tax file and PDF report have been streamlined. • Improved PDF and CSV exports, along with numerous calculation, wording and technical refinements. Thank you for using Zweitwohnung! Version 2.0 is our biggest update yet, making it even easier to keep complete supporting records for your work-related second home. The new year calendar shows your entire tax year at a glance. Review unfinished days, edit multiple entries together, and keep different periods, homes, and work locations organized. The supporting documentation for your second household tax return has been significantly expanded with clearer review checks, receipt status tracking, archived PDF reports, and improved PDF and CSV exports. You can also optionally back up your data, receipts, and reports to your own iCloud and restore them on a new device. New tax years can be unlocked once and kept permanently without a subscription.
