THE HEBREW
Every Bible translation asks for trust. The Hebrew invites examination.
RETURN TO THE WRITTEN WITNESS
The Karaite Messianic Translation begins with a conviction: understanding comes from the Creator, not from a denomination or institution. Scripture should remain open to careful study and debate. The ancient text should remain visible so every reader can test the translation.
Yeshua warned us to beware the scribes and Pharisees. We take that warning seriously. Pharisaic tradition is not placed above Scripture. The Talmud is not Torah or inspired authority. This collection returns to Torah, the Prophets and Writings, and the witnesses closest to Yeshua: His disciples and brothers.
WHY WE SPEAK PLAINLY
Talmud passages such as Gittin 57a preserve a degrading portrayal of Yeshua. Public availability does not mean they are openly presented to Christian readers. We believe many modern Pharisaic teachers would prefer that Christians never examine what these writings say about Yeshua. That silence matters. The Hebrew names the disagreement and presents the evidence.
Paul's letters are not included. Pauline doctrine is not permitted to set aside the perfect Torah of our King, weaken His warning about Pharisaic teaching, or turn obedience into something elementary. The King's laws still matter, even while He is away. We should teach our children why it matters to remove the Pharisee leaven of this world and seek His Truth.
SOURCE FIRST, NOT TRADITION FIRST
The Hebrew translates from Hebrew, and from Greek for Yohanan, Ya'aqob, Yahudah, and Revelation. The source appears beside the English. When a word has more than one possible meaning, you can see it, tap it, and examine it.
יהוה remains visible without imposing a guessed pronunciation. Yah is preserved wherever His Name appears, including HalleluYah: Praise Yah. Elohim, El, Elah, Adonai, and other deity titles are not flattened into one English substitute.
What makes The Hebrew unique is that the standalone את, Aleph and Tav (most Greek readers would say Alpha and Omega) stays in its source-relative place. We preserve the evidence and let the reader consider its meaning. Yeshua appears where the documented Hebrew form supports His Name. Personal names include Hebrew-origin meanings.
TOOLS FOR TESTING THE TRANSLATION
Tap Hebrew or Greek words for pronunciation, phonetics, roots or lemmas, morphology, prefixes, suffixes, definitions, and Strong's references. Search words and phrases. Change among English, Hebrew, Greek, and phonetic views without losing your verse. Copy Scripture, choose your text size, and read in dark green or light cream.
TWELVE AUDITED BOOKS
Beresheet (Genesis), Shemot (Exodus), Wayiqra (Leviticus), Bemidbar (Numbers), Debarim (Deuteronomy), Tehillim (Psalms), Shir HaShirim (Song of Solomon), Yeshayahu (Isaiah), Yohanan (John), Ya'aqob (James), Yahudah (Jude), and Revelation.
THIS TRANSLATION IS A BEGINNING
We do not claim every question is settled. As we learn and compare ancient witnesses, the translation will continue to be examined and refined. Many modern Bible traditions inherit later doctrinal assumptions. We return to the ancient text and allow it to correct us.
Truth is unemotional. Truth is ancient. Truth can be established by two witnesses from the original texts.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
The Hebrew is private, with no advertising, account, analytics, or tracking. Reading position and preferences stay on your device. Core reading, search, copy, and word study work offline, especially for Sabbath study or whenever you want to disconnect.
Read the source. Test the translation. Let Scripture change you.
If you believe truth belongs in the light of the ancient text, welcome home to the Karaite Messianic Translation: the books of our King and His Father, Yah, the Great King who was before heaven and earth.
Welcome tribes of Yah!
In our latest app version, you will find 12 books of Scripture presented for close study from their Hebrew or Greek source text. The Karaite Messianic Translation preserves Yah, YHVH, Yeshua, Elohim, and the Aleph and Tav rather than replacing them with familiar English titles.
Read the English, view the original-language text and phonetic form, explore the words behind the translation, and study offline wherever you are.
